The sun rises, shedding first light on the Canadian Rockies. Lake Koocanusa glimmers in the foreground while a family of deer eat their morning oats in the backyard. Thousands of pine trees, visible for miles, appear with the dawn from the deep darkness of night at this remote, mountainside chateau. You gaze upon the mountains, wildlife and the infinite forest from the warmth of the den, seated comfortably in your leather chair next to a hot, crackling fire and sipping pure Colombian coffee. This beautiful mountain home is located in the northwest corner of America's Big Sky country between Montana's Kootenai National Forest and nearby Glacier National Park. The 4,200 sq. ft. chateau sits atop a 4,000 ft elevation and looks out into the valley of the north where the Canadian Rockies, Lake Koocanusa and Whitefish Mountain Range can be seen from the comfort of the den or on the observatory deck outside. Elk and moose pass through the yard with frequency throughout the year and a family of deer come to the house to feed on grains and oats in the backyard at all times of the day, all to the backdrop of infinite pines, a large spanning lake and more than a dozen mountains in view. It's as surreal a nature scene as the eye can imagine.
This mountain cabin is brimming with fine and luxurious northwest decor, throughout, that provides an engaging, home feeling while still permeating the decadence found in a luxury resort. A bright and beautiful blue breakfast room, formal dining room, expensive original paintings and rare art, cozy and sizable master bedroom and large bathroom with both shower and separate bath are the marquees of this luxury cabin. The main floor features three separate fireplaces fit for a romance novel including one in the master room, adjacent to the king bed, for a unique and intimate ambiance.

If you prefer to stay off of the grid in a low-key, intimately reclusive setting, conversing over a fire, having meals prepared for you and an eager gentleman to wait on you hand and foot, our time together comes in a variety of experiences.
The chateau is designed to be as off or on the grid as meets your needs. Though you are as removed from civilization as can be, the home provides modern amenities like large flat screen TV's, high-speed internet, multimedia players, surround systems on multiple levels and full phone/LTE cell coverage with all carriers. Out here you can be as far from the stresses of life as you'd like to be while having the option to do business remotely or share your experience on social media in real time.
